Modern Bath Update: A full transformation of the bathroom, featuring custom cabinets, new tile, toilet, and shiplap siding.
Transformed Living Space: The heart of the home is anchored by a custom gas-burning fireplace and integrated built-in shelving and bench to honor the craftsman aesthetic.
Infrastructure Overhaul: Total replacement of all outdated systems, including all-new plumbing, updated electrical wiring, and curated lighting fixtures throughout the residence.
